We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within the same day payment is received.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Canada
• Free shipping on all orders $50+ across Canada

Flat rate of $10 on orders less than $50

Some remote or rural locations may incur an additional delivery surcharge. If a surcharge applies, you will be notified before your order is shipped, and the additional charge must be approved by you.

United States
• Flat rate standard shipping: $35 CAD

International
• Where available, a flat rate standard shipping: $50 CAD

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Ontario
• Standard: 1 to 3 business days

Rest of Canada
• Standard: 3 to 5 business days

United States
• Standard: 5 to 10 business days

International
• Standard: 10 to 25 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods.

Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, import taxes, customs charges, or carrier handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Shipping Delays
Stroll Free is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Stroll Free is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
