We offer a 14 day free trial on all products. If you decide the product is not the perfect fit for your dog, you may request a return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. One time only - Stress Free.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the original packaging and free from damage. Proof of purchase is required. Stroll Free reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage, misuse, excessive wear, or repeated return activity.
To start a return, you can contact us at strollfree@outlook.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at strollfree@outlook.com. Your email should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
