Eligibility
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Lifetime definition
“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable lifespan of the product under normal use.
Resolution
If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement first.
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
